“I've only dealt with Brendan and my experience with him has been above and beyond expectations! He is always very responsive and answers 100% of my inquiries or request with a lot of detail and almost always within the hour, a couple of hours. The longest time to get a response from him has maybe been 24 hours. Just had to give my two cents here, as my experience with Laurel Realty/Brendan has been great.
